“加中⻘年基⾦”2023年度奖学⾦评选⽅案
“加中⻘年基⾦”是加拿⼤安徽籍企业家针对在加拿⼤的留学⽣（本科以上）设⽴的⿎励学⽣勤奋学习的奖励基⾦。
⼀、合格申请⼈：2023年度在加拿⼤境内的在校留学⽣（⼤学⽣、研究⽣和博⼠⽣），包括本年度毕业⽣。
⼆、报名时间：报名截⽌⽇为2023年9⽉30⽇
提交成绩最后⽇期：2023年11⽉1⽇
三、评⽐细则
1、评审⼩组对所有参与者进⾏资格初审，选出符合申请条件的合格申请⼈，最终择优录取。
1.1该学⽣必须是本科及本科以上全职在校⽣(优先考虑有学科分数的学⽣)
1.2该学⽣提供最近2个学期的成绩须为全职成绩，成绩采⽤平均分较⾼的学期，单科70分(B-)以上，平均成绩75分(B+)以上具有申请资格。
1.3若该学⽣是本年度新⽣，可以提供12年级成绩，平均分必须85分以上，
2、评审⼩组根据本年度留学⽣的报名情况分成四类进⾏评⽐
2.1博⼠⽣组：包括在读博⼠⽣及本年度毕业⽣
2.2研究⽣组：包括在读研究⽣及本年度毕业⽣
2.3本科⽣组:在读本科⽣包括本年度的毕业⽣
2.4⼤⼀新⽣:若没有⼤学成绩只能获得参与奖。
3、分组考评奖⾦设置:
3.1博⼠⽣组：获奖⼈数5名，奖⾦3000
3.2研究⽣组:获奖⼈数10名，奖⾦3000
3.2本科⽣组:获奖⼈数20名，奖⾦1000-1500
3.3⼤⼀新⽣:参与⼈数2名，参与奖200
4、评审截稿及奖⾦发放
4.1评审截⽌⽇期：11⽉20⽇，我们会在12⽉1⽇之前以邮件⽅式正式通知获奖学⽣，同时我们也会在基⾦会官⽅⽹站和公众号上公布我们的评审结果
4.2获奖学⽣可以到我们指定的地点凭有效学⽣证领取证书和奖⾦。
4.3若⽆法到场领取，请通过邮件提供有效邮寄地址和汇款⽅式。
5.其它
5.1本年度奖学⾦评⽐结束后，所有的获奖学⽣都有参加来年奖学⾦申请的优先权。
5.2我们会举办线下交流会，给申请奖学⾦的同学相互认识和交流的机会，请回复邮件是否参会。
5.3本基⾦会的公众号也是学⽣相互交流的⼀个平台，我们希望每⼀位同学都能分享⼀些学习⼼得和经验会帮助到有需要的同学。

“CCAYDF” Scholarship program 2023 Selection Eligibility and Assessment Process
The “CCAYDF” scholarship, established by Canadian Anhui entrepreneurs in Canada, is designed
for students (undergraduate study or higher levels) in Canada as incentive award to encourage them
to study hard in Canada.
1. Qualified applicants: Applicant must be international students (undergraduate students, postgraduate students and Ph.D. students) in Canada in 2023，including graduates of this year.
2. Application period: Deadline for application submission is on September 30, 2023, deadline for
submitting transcripts on November 1, 2023.
3. Selection procedure
a. Selection committee review all applicants, the Qualified applicants will enter the final selection process.
i. To be qualified, an applicant must be a full-time student in undergraduate study or higher level in a Canadian university (priority will be given to students with pre-existing university marks).
ii. Applicants provide their marks of the recent two full-time terms. To be qualified, applicants must have an average course mark above 75% (B+) with each course above 70% (B-).
iii. If the applicant is a first-year student, marks of grade 12 of high school may be submitted. The averaged mark should be above 85.
b. The qualified applicants will be grouped to four groups according to the number of applicants
i. Ph.D students: current students
ii. Post-graduation students: current students
iii. Undergraduate students: current students and graduates of the year
iv. Freshman: if no university marks, can only be rewarded “participation award”
c. Award amounts and rewarded student numbers of each group
i. Ph.D student group: 5 students, each $3,000
ii. Post-graduate student group: 10 students, each $3,000
iii. Undergraduate student group: 20 students, each $1,000 – 1,5000
iv. Freshman: 2 students, $200 as the participation award
d. Deadline of selection process and award issuing
i. Selection process will end on November 20, we will notify the students who get the award before December 1 by e-mail. At the same time, the results of the selection will be posted in our Fund’s official website and wechat.
ii. Students who get the award may come to our designed location to pick up their certification of the award and the award.
iii. If they cannot pick up in person, they may provide the Fund their mailing address and method of money delivery.
e. Others
i. After this year selection, in the future, all students receive the award will have priority in next year’s application.
ii. We will organize an in-person banquet . This discussion will give the students who receive the award an opportunity to meet each other and establish connections. Please let us know if you will attend the discussion via email.
iii. The official wechat site is also a platform for students to exchange their study experiences in Canada. We hope the students who receive the award will share their experiences in Canada and help other fellow students they may need help.
